Marcato should have been disqualified for that one. That wasn't fair at all. Unfortunately the judges rarely have the balls to do something about such incidents in one-day races (they seem to hit the "DQ" button so much easier in stage races).

Also, what an epic ride by Degenkolb. Too bad it didn't work out, but he showed his true class there.

Yeah, Degenkolb @ 6 seconds. I would have loved it if he had breezed past them in the last 150 metres.

Still, Marcato was due a big win so I am happy he won.

Terpstra lost his nerves. He saw Degenkolb coming and started the sprint at 500m or something.
