Apparently French bookmakers already have Seixas as the 4th favorite to win next year Tour de France.

They will kill him with this pressure. It's also insane to see Pogacar with 1.25 odds.

Did UAE already made an offer?

Yes, and Seixas rejected it.

Great way to finish off the season with a 7th place in his monument debut after his incredible 3rd place last weekend in the Euros.

Seixas engine is massive for a 19 year old and seeing him finish next to Del Toro today convinces me that he is the biggest young talent in cycling these days.

Where did you read that? The rider that rejected them is AWP.

After the end of last season, UAE reportedly made an offer to Seixas but he decided to stay in the Decathlon project.
Where you read it. Matxin recently said that the rider who rejected them was AWP. He said that it is the only signing that rejected last transfer market.

Very impressed. I re-watched the 40-30km to go ten times now, the grit omg. He dug deep. And taking the inside of hairpins may have cost him, but that's fearless. Paul had nothing to lose and fell a little short, but he gave it a crack, the moment wasn't too big, first monument, just 19, amazing.

To have the final month of the season that he has had in his neopro year at an age where he could still be a first year U23 is insanely impressive.

Another very strong performance. 3rd at the EC, 7th in Lombardy, 8th in Dauphine. Monster results in big races for a 19 yo. When will some top team buy him? (is he on Gianetti's or Plugge's radar?)

Youngest monument top 10 since ... ?

More than 100 years.

Next season I think its inevitable that Seixas debuts in a Grand Tour, Decathlon will probably plan it to be the Vuelta but I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up riding the Tour instead if he gets some big results until then.

He should ride the Vuelta or Giro and see where he is. If he is good enough, then Tour in 2027.

Would like to see him do the giro next year. (Anyone know how he is in cold weather?)
What's really impressed me by him is he seems like the complete package unlike the french gc prospects of the last 20 years. Climbing, tt, punch, endurance he has everything.
Anyone know of the plan is for him to do classics season next year or focus more on stage racing?
