U23 Romain Sicard has perfect form. Guy can push a big gear,super quiet upper body,flat back, smooth even round stroke with no flat spots, Even the nice arm bend to give him a great position. Form is not everything the Columbain who got second looked like his bike was alive and trying to throw him off in some rodeo cowboy kind of style but he got the job done. Congrads Stetina you rode great.
