No matter which race including ITT, the only way for Remco to beat Pog is for Pog to not prioritize the given race and not train for it.
If Pog trains for a race, no one beats him. Including a 30km all flat ITT with ITT bike.

The topic is about a flat 200k TT on road bikes. Not a 200k TT on road bikes with the final 70k flat with alternating climbing sections after 3 hard climbs in the first 130k. Snap out of it.

I get it, just wanted to tease a bit with top experts on Remco (Logic and his friends).

He didn't train specifically for them, he had lots of other competing priorities. If he'd trained for just those he wouldn't have been in top shape for the tour. I'm guessing if he went all in for PR he'd be at least 5kg heavier than he was.
We have an actual comparison point in the 2024 amd 2025 Tour... and Evenepoel won both by a decent enough margin. It's not like Evenepoel trained specifically for them, either. He was all in one trying to climb as best as possible for both.

Completely flat and as a pure TT Remco obviously even on a Road Bike, he is the best TTer every probably (certainly will be by the time he hangs up his cleats) and therefore the best at pacing an effort
Remco's huge advantage over Pogacar is his flexibility in the TT position and his aerodynamic advantage as a whole.
On a road bike those advantages are greatly reduced. After a certain time and for a longer 4-5 hours effort (like a 200 KM Flat TT) Pogacar's bigger aerobic engine will prevail.

Unless it would be a circuit i doubt 200km pancake flat ITT is feasible. There would highly likely be some marmalade on the top of it.
