It would appear Bora have lodged an appeal to CAS based on UCI not following its own rules.

Sagan should have come become race Jury.

Why does the UCI not follow its own rules? To appease sponsors, teams, riders......

Crazy stuff from the outside, but probably all makes sense to those on the inside.

Wonder will Bora get a licence next year????

Come on, let's be real. Kicking out Sagan was a mistake, and I understand saying emotional stuff during/right after a hectic stage, but people saying that this bumping against Aru was worse have got to be joking, no?
Nobody's ever getting disqualified from the Tour for something like that.
