Henao is a pretty bad time trialist. I'm sure he will improve at Sky, but not by that kind of margin.

On second thought it isn't. Well, apart from being a km too short. However I remember back when they wanted to host the 2013 worlds with the same finish to the TT there was talk about an alternative TT course in case the UCI didn't like the one that ended uphill.

It seems corruption has won in the end and courses made with 1 rider in mind are slowly becoming accepted.

Contador will still be good then and in such a hilly time trial he's probably the best.

Depends how long they make the circuit. Could make it a legitimately mountainous one, but that would require a slightly longer circuit; they could feasibly throw in some climbs that are tougher than Mendrisio on a relatively short circuit, but a properly mountainous route would need a longer circuit.

Of course, now they'll serve up a pure flat circuit just to annoy me given the potential for so many different varieties of course that the city has.

This. You better prepare for this too happen. Since the course in Florence was tough they had to give the riders an easy time in 2014. If they make a flat race in Pontesomething I'll go sit in a corner and cry and somehow I feel this will happen...
