As a reminder, you guys have until 1hour before the MSR race goes live to send in your picks. People who do not send anything in will be removed from the pool.

Quick question to all of you guys who have sent me your predictions. Since I didnt specify what the "winning team" was, did you guys send me a pick for the team which would have the winning rider, or rather were you guys going by which teams would win the team classification for the event?

My intention was, winning team = team with the winning rider in it.
ie: You pick Hushovd as your winner but Tom Boonen ends up winning the stage, however if you had picked quickstep as your "team" then you win points for "team". Alternately, if you are confident and wish to "put all the eggs in one basket", you can pick a winner and the same team. (IE: pick Tom Boonen, and quickstep)

Does this make any sense to you guys?

I must admit I thought you meant team with the best placed riders - ie the best overall performance by the whole team rather than the team of the winning rider.

Is there a team prize at MSR? I didn't even check.

Are you tracking this stuff "by hand"? Sounds like a lot of work.

Yea, unfortunately I'm not proficient enough to create some kind of script or program So that's why I have been declining "additional" suggestions to the point system. I think as it is, calculating everyone's point totals will be hard, hehe.
