Renshaw on twitter
my speed was 63.7km/h and results sheet stated 0.0008 gap?

That says to me that he won by 1.41cm. Ridiculously close. That's assuming that the 63.7km/h was his speed at the line. It was more likely his peak speed, making the gap even smaller!

Did anyone notice the difference in gearing between Goss and Renshaw?

Renshaw was pushing something massive, and I think Goss was pedalling about 1.5+ times to every 1 rotating from Renshaw. Perhaps part of Renshaw's problem is he is still riding leadout gears. That would explain his lack of acceleration compared to the other sprinters.

I have to say in the photos though Goss looks more tired ( maybe he just despairs though ).

I like you GEBTS- your views agree with mine ( though yours are a bit radical ).

Rabos' sprinters and Mollema are really their only success stories this year. Boom did well in P-R and Breschel looked like he was in good form but then skipped P-R to do AGR instead ( where he failed ).

Ermm... Fixed it for you. There's a whole lot of cycling left for this season including three GT's and the Autumn classics. ;)

It's actually funny to see their sprinters mentioned as success stories. What a difference one week makes.

Unbelievable: 6 in front with almost 15 minutes!

Gruzdev (Astana), Jorgensen (Saxo), Duret (Bretagne), Di Corrado (Colnago), Cousin (Europcar), Balloni (Farnese)

Duret virtual leader!

Gruzdev just sitting on here, so if he doesn't win from this break it'll be embarrassing!

They will leave all work to durek few kilometres later probably

Wonder how much money grabovski's team paid to get the accent jobs and utensilnord riding on the front - gap's been plummetting since they did.

2 minutes ago I was thinking that they will win this race with 2 or 3 minutes. Now I think that it's possible that the peloton will catch them. In 5 km the advantage was reduced by 1:20. It would be insane.

Now Argos are on the front - I'm beginning to think it might get caught. Gruzdev might have to start working in the front group.

That is one quick tumbling gap.

About 7 minutes in the 17k I've been watching. Or maybe it's 7 minutes in 27k.

1:50 gone the last 9 km's. They had 5:30'ish when I started watching with 26km to go, now they have 3:40 with 17 left.
