McQuid says he welcomes any investigation. Point of the fact is, that if he has nothing to hide, he should of course personally see to it that an external investigation is started.
McQuid denying Landis' accusations (rather than labeling them as "worrying", or something alike) equals confirming their truth.

Cycling Weekly sent a list of questions to the UCI before Xmas about the Armstrong donations and as far as I know they were never answered.

That was the picture that first came to my mind when I saw the article's topic on CN.

Mubarek has an approval rating of 90% lol, Mcquaid would be lucky to get 1%
