Does this mean it's possible to win clean, or that French dope, too?
Moncoutie wins fairly often, on hilly stages/races no less, and I don't think you'll find too many people who believe he's doping - if any rider is clean, it's Moncoutie. So yeah, imo it's possible to win a stage clean, or a one-day race, or maybe even a shorter stage race. But it's not possible for a clean rider to win the overall of a GT.

France is CLEAN!!!!

Ok, you might bring up the Festina Affair, but that was merely a overzealous 'customs' problem.

Ok, Fignon, Virenque, Hervé, Moreau, Brochard, and Rous all admitted to doping, but that was in the last centuary.

Ok, ok Gaumont came out in 2004 - that is just one bad apple..

Ok, ok ok - Mickaël Larpe from just a month ago - sometimes a tree produces 2 bad apples.....

(To answer your question hopefully one, but also two)

Yup, most riders do take showers! They win clean!

I think you're wrong........ they shower then race therefore become dirty during the race.. so they are not winning clean but to be fair they do start clean... except that odd spainard mentioned above :S

Also we need to find out who monsieur quandary rides for and we will have a better idea :S
