Generalization of course, the Aussies are oke.

So are the Colombians the Haedo brothers (sounds like a drug movie i kow ) and the Japanese with Arashiro and that other guy. And dont forget the up and coming Eritrean.

Sure. Would love to see an African rider doing good.

Basically I don't like new teams with big mouths, teams that are convinced that they will teach the old and established teams a lesson. It's been a trend the last few years and time and time again the result is that the old teams are doing better (especially in the GTs, thanks Liquigas ).

that must be Sky's worst of the year,they were literally invisible.And Wigans was talking up his chances last week.At least uran was up there.

Having stood in the pouring rain at 800m and then ridden back to Como with a couple of FdJ & QS riders, I can attest to the appalling conditions. It only got worse too. Of 200 riders only 34 finished - spread over 20 minutes!
As for Sky, did you not see the Sky rider in the break most of the race?

The conditions were more appropriate for the Ronde!

i didn't see the earlier part of the race. I have read about it since though.At least they had a go
