I'm sure the Tigers would love to get revenge on the Cardinals from a few years ago when Leyland didn't pitch Kenny Rogers, saving him, figuring Verlander would get them home. And Verlander, then a rookie, buckled under pressure.

alas, only for WindowsAmsterhammer said:Hey there, baseball buddy! The way last night finished was really something! No WS game has previously ever been decided on an 'obstruction' call by an umpire. I think the decision was correct.
Ok, here is where/how you can find links to baseball streams.
First, you need to install Streamtorrent, it's quick and easy, I've used it for years.

we did and it's killing me that we're not this time around!Didn't we wind up texting during last year's WS?

Barring an unforeseen collapse, I'm looking forward to my Nats finishing top of the NL. I consider the NL-E title a given at this point. A Nats - Angels WS would be appealing, but when do the two best teams actually make it to the final?
I have to wonder when the discussion will come up about Strasberg and 2012? That's the year the team was heading into the playoffs, he was on fire, and they stopped pitching him due to a predetermined amount of limited innings they wanted to throw him. The Nats lost in the ALDS against the Cards that year. Who knows what would have happened had they rested him more, sooner, and he was available then...Amsterhammer said:Congrats to my Nats on their second NLE title in three years, clinched tonight in Atlanta, which makes it extra sweet!
Which is a good thing, especially for the sport as a whole. Having the same team win year in and year out does good only for that team's fans. Take a look at the NBA, I can almost guarantee you this coming season's finals will have San Antonio, Cleveland or Oklahoma City in the finals. Very likely two of those three teams. Yawn.DenisMenchov said:No playoffs again for the Yanks.
I agree. But since you're an Expos fan, don't be shy about getting your hopes up of getting the team back. If they can get the money in the works for a new stadium, there is a very good chance Tampa Bay will move there in maybe 2016, and the Expos will live again!I liked Montreal Expos a lot, even have their shirt. Washington are true successors.
