There was a moron of the year thread last year. Originally created by ACF directed at riders and managers.

I, probably childishly named a few forum members (including ACF as a joke) and it turned into a thread about forum members too.

Towards the end I included a list of top 10 moronic posters (giving myself the number 1 spot) towards which ACF hilariously replied that I should "add myself to that list", hence solidifying his spot as the real moron of the year.

(your fav poster is at number 6 btw).

Anyway point is, based on last year, I am sure you will be given leeway to turn this years moron of the year thread to one about Dekker Tifosi;)

Lol and many thanks for the suggestion Hitch.

I would appreciate it though if everyone would stop assuming D_T is the user I've been referring to. :)

He and I are possibly very good friends.

I also don't think we'll ever see a Dudes on Bikes thread....thankfully.

Turned out there indeed was such a thread but...
Isn't that what this forum is mainly about?

I don't think any race actually has podium guys. Bit weird... women's races should have podium guys instead of podium girls...

This forum would be a cold and humorless place if ACF didn't take himself so seriously. :p

A thread on crank length where two guys post the same thing on a daily basis in an argument lasting longer than most professionals careers.

surely no one would think that a good idea.

Humm... time for a thread on optimal stem length and angle! :p

Then a thread on, do we use the bolt on the valve stem or not? Pro's and Con's.

Which would lead to my good old favorite thread, Point - Counter Point!

should amateurs behave like pros?

this should be it's own subforum with threads such as
tips to keep your tan lines through the winter months
should you wear team jerseys?
should people in mismatched kit be beaten at the side of the road?
does a ride count if there was no one there to see it?
only losers wear helmets.
ultimate sock length.
why do mountain bikes exist?

continue ad nauseam

Then, it takes a week to determine its a bad thread subject

So to stay on topic a thread on, How long it takes to determine a thread is offensive/immoral/in bad taste/duplicate/sock-puppet-ed/advertising/or just in the wrong section.
