I would take Carapaz to the Tour. I would not take Porte to the Tour. No way. He becomes a big liability with these parcours. And a question mark in the mountains. I would not take him unless I am 100% sure he is fit to race. Which is very hard to determine with him.

Why take Carapaz to the Tour to be a podium outsider when he can be a favorite for the Giro.

Well in my eyes, Ineos has two riders who in peak form can at least in the mountains battle Pogacar and Roglic: Bernal and Carapaz

All the others (Yates, Thomas, Martinez, TAO) would perhaps have a chance to win to the giro, but wouldn´t have a chance against Pogacar and Roglic at the tour.

Yeah. Carapaz for the Giro and Bernal (supported by super domestiques) for the Tour makes sense.
For a British team the Tour is the big prize. I think it's pretty much a given that this will happen though. I guess it can be explained away as repaying Bernal for his Giro win. That he is awarded sole leadership in the race they both (according to Beppe Conti) want to race.

LOL, somehow I missed this:

"In addition, Beppe Conti revealed that the British Geraint Thomas would be as second sword in one of the two races, that is yet to be defined. Nothing has been agreed for the Vuelta a España and those who are better off at that time of year would go."

^ lol, okay, so Thomas to the Tour as a backup GC-option then. Lock it in.

if G. somehow doesn't crash at the Tour he will crush the Slovenians.

Despite his history of crashing he's a great asset to have on the cobbled stage. Maybe not as a 2nd option, but 'd take him as a superdomestique who can help out on all kinds of terrain.
The one that I don't really get is Simon Yates riding the Giro yet again. I feel that stagehunting at the Tour and riding for the gc at the Vuelta, the gt that suits him the most, would probably be the better option for him.

Colbrelli will target Milan-San Remo, Giro, Classics..

Colbrelli riding the Giro is a bit of a surprise.
He has never done it since joining a WT team.

Woods will target Ardennes and stages at the Tour.

So Bahrain probably go all in for GC at TDF and send Landa to giro with limited support?
Landa + Bilbao, Pernsteiner and maybe Mäder isn't bad and I don't know how much support Colbrelli will get (maybe Milan wants to ride the Giro because stage 19 has a points sprint in his hometown?). The uphill finish on stag 1 should suit Colbrelli really well, he mentions that stage in the article, unless RS spend a lot of money to have MvDP and/or Ala at the start (they'd add a lot to the hilly stages) he should be one of the biggest favouites. How many times will he get a chance to take the Maglia Rosa?
The Tour team should be Haig+Caruso with Poels and Teuns for the high mountains, Lulu and Tratnik for the hilly terrain and Mohoric + another classics guy (I'd bring Colbrelli) for the cobbles/flat stages.

If I was Colbrelli I would also target the Giro as the main GT in 22. Then, if in good condition, could consider doubling up, but with MvDP, JA and WvA all very likely to do the Tour, he could well end up like this year - with 0 wins.

On the other hand, at the Giro he has a good chance of grabbing 2/3 wins, and perhaps the maglia rosa at stage 1. He doesn't have a single GT stage win yet so far and he is turning 32 next year, so I think it's time for him to just get that done with.

Giro:
-Landa
-Colbrelli
-Bilbao
-Mader
-Pernsteiner
-Valls
-Milan
-Williams?

Tour:
-Haig
-Caruso
-Poels
-Teuns
-Tratnik
-Mohoric
-Luis Leon
-Suttelin

Something along those lines?
