I dont think that anybody around could outsprint him, but he could find a way to lose :D

Sure. Somebody will attack on the flat. He will wait and race is gone.
He has Nairo in the chasing group though.

At least he put a classy attack on that tough cobbles.

Great attack. I'm not knocking him by saying that he doesn't stand a chance in a sprint versus Piti. That's just a fact.

Nocentini is struggling a bit at the back at the group

Is someone going to tell the Eurosport commentary team that they're live? It's wonderfully reassuring hearing them saying the kinds of things I tend to think while I'm watching.

All goes to proving Declan Quigley knows as much as the punter on the couch!

He has just to hang in there, he seems the fastest of those left if they catch pity and the pocket rocket

Not quite, it goes to proving that Declan Quigley knows about as much as a not very well informed punter on the couch. I'm sure there are lots of people watching (and posting here) who could do a much, much better job than Quigley, but I'm certainly not one of them.

Valverde is way to good. Does he really think he can hold this form till the classics?

Piti is good, but to be dropped a little bit by Pozzo on such a climb, it says me he's going to be beaten painfully by Purito and co. in the classics

Which one is it?

So anyone willing to cast an opinion: <25km, will they stay clear?

Problem is that Ag2r is the only team who could be willing to pull (for Nocentini).
But with Pozzo in front, will they chase?
