Nice win for boonen, but a pretty boring edition. Some fun moments (Pipo attack, vanmarcke leading the climb, paolini attack, and the 1-2-3 situation with Boonen chavanel and terpstra), but overall, there was too little.

The last K was empty didn't have much atmosphere either.

It also didn't help that a favorite crashed.

horrible. boonen just the same guy as years before and this course is too hard for him. that's why he rode like a coward there were at least 3 guys stronger than boonen today and none of them won:

Boonen was following uphill, but he did his part of the work on the flat

I don't get the people complaining. It was an exciting race, multiple breakaway groups, the peloton dragging them back, team tactics and a good sprint finish after a small break finally gets clear. What else do people want?
