2 of the riders are getting out of the saddle just to keep Lotte's wheel on her regular pull, they are going to get destroyed in a drag race ..wait until 2 k to go and let Kopecky go from the front and hope she flames out or comes unclipped from the pedal!!Surely these three riders have to attack Kopecky and make her chase. You can't bring her to the line.
Incidentally, if someone from SRAM marketing ISNT cropping one of these head-on shots of the lead group, zoomed in on the shifters, what are they even doing? Is there more SRAM in the women’s peloton than the men’s? Just noticed that all the lead 4 seem to be on SRAM, no shimano.
Nobody tried...Surely someone must try?
Or are they all so confident in themselves?
What else could she do? She tried on the Paterberg, and gave it her shot in the final km.There you have it. Kasia 4.
She could try not to ride or attack from far out. Let Kopecky chase every other attack and try again. What else could she do? She tried on the Paterberg, and gave it her shot in the final km.
I said in in the men’s thread, and it’s true here too. The Ronde finishing straight is the most boring of any classic. Even Paris-Tours makes a long straightaway more interesting.
