Pogacar met the kid he gave the bidon to in the Giro. There is no chance for anyone.

I wish CN or one of the sites I visit had a betting site, I would be willing to put a small beer money bet on Gregoire..I love French food, wish some French racers step up! He had a good ride at Strade.Romain Grégoire will win this from the break.
yep we saw that two years agoCX is tiny groups also, so if one rider has to run up it everyone else can get round. The chain reaction of one person stepping off will probably have the biggest impact here if they're wet.
Not smaller than the groups doing a recce this morning, which was the prompt for my comment. Tyre pressure was the key element I overlooked.CX is tiny groups also,
What exactly do you mean? Video?Only the pro’s could do the Koppenberg today. A garbage truck made it too muddy/slippery.
I was surprised how soon he dropped from Wout’s wheel on Tuesday?Romain Grégoire will win this from the break.
I think that’s the biggest difference-/in cross you don’t get a reduced peloton of 30-50 riders bunched together entering the climb. Even guys with the best technique (there a classic video of MVdP riding in this fashion) slide from side to side on wet cobbles, causing other riders behind to slow turn aside too much. Inevitably some rider puts a foot down and the entire bunch is stopped behind. Of course, this puts even more pressure for teams to be at the front entering the climb.CX is tiny groups also, so if one rider has to run up it everyone else can get round. The chain reaction of one person stepping off will probably have the biggest impact here if they're wet.
Mathieu and Wout knows how to run with the bike on the back.
He went down the Koppenberg and made the sides fall down and with the rain that became mud. Other cars also had problems going down because of how slippery it suddenly went. So only pro riders could try while they were working on it. Most of them had to stop and walk further. What exactly do you mean? Video?
