Ronde von Portlandia?!

To honor the great race taking place in Flanders this weekend, my hometown has an informal ride known as the Ronde von Portlandia. It's an especially challenging ride over 43 miles, but with over 7,200' of climbing, including a few roads over 20% gradient.

Two years ago in soggy, 39 degree weather a lot of guys ended up walking up some of the roads it was so brutal. Watch this video to get a look at the fun.

I'm going to come down for this next year! We frequent the P-town area to visit family anyways, plus some of them can ride it too! SWEET!
