Which lab nabbed him? Cologne?
Haven't read the thread, but assuming you are talking about Santambrogio, then it would be Rome.
I've just read the thread about him in the pro forum. Wall to wall laughs.
Thanks hrotha for your humour and candidness. Was so funny reading the reactions of others to yours stetoe and Geraint Too Fast's posts. Afrank thanks for your contributions as well. I particularly loved this quote:
Who cares if there's a "party", some people like to enjoy it when a rider wins. Talk about that kind of stuff in this thread.
Yes, you probably had a good cheer and a giggle and a jiggle. Now the truth comes out and it's all sour. But chin up lads, it was OBVIOUS Mauro was doping. I mean look at his team. Pellizotti, Di Luca, himself in career best form finishing with Evans on climbs. When did he EVER do that at BMC?
Obvious doping is OBVIOUS. Wake up and drop the denial.
Also cyclingnews, thank you so much for the comment section on the articles. It's always eye opening to see how far people are removed from reality. Lots of Clinic haters hang out there because they cannot stomach the truth and embrace lies and deception. It's educational, a tad sad.
Sad is the word that comes to mind. All this dope for what? A stage win that will be stripped? Some short term dividends that dry up and your credibility gone? These guys are just the whipping boys to throw to the anti-dopers. Too little to matter and small enough to fail without ripping the sport apart. Just another Ricco. Now that is sad. But kudos to CONI and the Italians for doing something. Two dopers who were OBVIOUS in one race caught. Well done.
