Also says that it doesn't matter how much EPO you take, if you don't transfuse you will not be able to compete against those who do in the third week (unless you're one of those mythical riders with super natural recovery powers).
I think there definitely was a drop in performance after the 2nd rest day, so the EPO delivery probably didn't come through (or the rest of the peloton did a transfusion).

The writing was on the wall once Di Luca was busted. Almost seems old-fashioned to get busted for EPO these days, thought Ferrari said you'd be crazy to use it a few years ago. Obviously these two are crazy

47th instead of 48th in the giro... Nothing more to say, evil is still in the peleton. It wore yellow fluo and we knew it when we saw it.

Would be nice if someone from the peleton actually opened their mouth DURING the Giro.

If a Blanco rider were to do so they'd come across as a sore loser ;)

To what purpose? Anyway, several riders hinted at this during the giro.

So will Vini Fantini survive this?
Got to admit, part of me wants them too. Only because they still have the best kit in the peloton.

I really don't get the guys (mostly on twitter) who use this to criticize UCI. We should applaud them when they catch a cheater, not criticize them.
Mountain domestique wants a better contract. Needs points for that. Moves away from his WT team to get them, with a little help of EPO.

Definitely something the UCI need to look at. The points system just sucks.
