I know ;)

Im sceptical, but if that turns out to be true, i think the Dutchies should give you an amnesty for your avatar, due to such a great contribution to the forum.

I am too but there has been talk about it on twitter and I also discovered that possible feed.

Well hope this is true.
Last years race had a terrible lagging feed delayed by 20 minutes or so maybe something similar again.

How was Friuli a disaster for him?

Well not directly a disaster for him, but a disaster weather-wise which lead to the majority of the riders abandoning. I don't know how far down the race he abandoned, but I'm thinking he didn't get exactly out of it what he wanted because he might have only done 100 km for example.

The Santambrogio story is imprssive though and as I said I will be happily proven wrong. But to me it would be a little surprising to see someone who raced 100 km this season win such a difficult race as Montepaschi. Then again Evans isn't just anyone ... :)

I don't think he will win even though he is very good on the dirt roads and the finish suits him. Doesn't have the condition. Probably Ballan will be leader as it seems Greg is in the breakaway.

My opinion exactly, but he was named quite a few times as a favourite in this thread, that's why I brought it up

When was that? Because Rai might have changed their minds, and it's nowhere in their schedule.

The theme song for today's race is another one bites the dust.

I like the way these Italian races use old American rock songs.

I remember that brilliant Kronplatz tt was made even better by the fact that every rider had a different, what amounted to entrance song which went off the second they went down on the ramp.
