Then why was the story of Kristen Armstrong giving American riders cortisone tablets at the 1998 World Championships in the David Walsh article?

Where did he get this information from?

From some of the riders who received the drugs from her.

I should clarify my position. I doubt USADA was able to get a sworn statement from either. Their names, especially Kristen's, will appear in the report
