Sky back to their old ways of being everyone else's leadout, I see! :p

Seriously though, the Cossack is looking like he could eventually be a 1st tier sprint fellow.

Sounds like Henderson cocked up by hesitating in the sprint;

'Prolly one of the scariest finals I have done. @TeamSky were amazing today. I hesitated on which side of wheel to go. He who hesitates...?'

'I goosed it today in the sprint. Waited. Hesitated. For what? No clue. Goosed it. Haha.'

4 sky riders in the top 6 and no win....major ooooops

You can see Sky riders 3 & 4 in the second picture at Galimzyanov's right elbow and shoulder. They are the remnants of the leadout that suddenly realised that no-one else was sprinting past and got back on the gas.

So in reality it was 2 in the top 3 and no win. Which is still a disappointment I imagine.

So was Hendo leading out Apples or vice versa? I would assume Apples would be top dog after how he rode in the Giro.

From the sky report it sounds like there was a crash that left the sky lead-out and Galizymanov out in front. Not the same as having a three man break where you finish 2nd and 3rd (although it being the tour of luxembourg maybe they felt like honouring the Schlecks;))

Linus Gerdemann wins today and takes the yellow jersey.

Cool.Glad to see him finally see some success. Was his last win in the 2010 Tirreno-Adriatico?

It's great. Linus to be breakout TDF rider. Looks like Kloden is just hovering near Shleck. Monfort is also 4th. 2nd and 3rd are not so threatening. makes you wonder how he would have gone at the Giro if Leopard did not withdraw.

I keep having to update the wins box on tsf recently.

Appo-jet off the mark finally after about 5 podiums.

With Swift and Appollonio looking quick recently, maybe losing Henderson to green edge wont be as damaging as originally thought.

How much does Appolonio weigh? He looks kinda chunky.
