When is he comming to europe? I thought he was going to do Haut Var but he aint on the startlist anymore (logical if he is still in Colombia)

rosas is a cycling god in argentina for past few years now, last year doble bragado he won,(mkst important race in argentina) and he won 8 out of 8 stages as well!! truly incredible and still only 22 he can literally do evwerything, climb, sprint and itt
