Andrea dal Col won by a huge margin. Carlos Galviz takes over GC lead.

I think that Noel Martin, "winner" of first edition of GP Canal de Castilla, the Spanish Roubaix, has been sixth despite a mistake with the route in the finale by the organization

Yesterday all the Castilla y León team attacked in the descent of the begining, Cárdenas was with them and some yellow fluo...becouse there, riders are very bad descenders, but unluckily some of them puntured later...

Despite the incredible performances that they made on the climbs.. in a flat route with some descents before the finish line and flat ITT, I think a no profesional rider as Noel could win Táchira... but this way he will suffer to finish...anyway, he is not a climber...and he is not in his best shape...
