Kruijswijk actually was the most promising Dutch talent climbing wise back in 2011! Maybe he's finally found back his spirit. He's very aggressive again! Clearly a huge difference to the shyness of Gesink and Mollema!
And now he has dropped him and is trying to catch the top 3. ARGH!Velolover2 said:After Hejsedal had pulled him for most of the climb and was eating. For The World said:Trofimov makes his move...

And perhaps winning. The most anti-climatic victory on such a great stage. For The World said:Velolover2 said:And now he has dropped him and is trying to catch the top 3. I think he'll catch them too.

Honestly think today really threw a wrench in saving his energy. In the end the Giro will be over once today's stage ends (even if Landa manages to take time) but he probably spent more energy than he planned to the rest of the Giro.
That being said I haven't a clue how he will recover, his physiology is so different from most it's hard to predict what he'll be like when they start right here in Utrecht.

WOW
Contador & Landa dropped the very soul of Aru on Morti- I kind of sensed that, but man - I thought the Angel might offer some resistance...
You missed a lot more than that. You missed Contador put in a brilliant solo chase up the Mortirolo
