Maybe, but Uran losing 2 minutes just like that is just very weird. And Quintana wasn't even going that fast, since both Cataldo and Vuillermoz and co were going time on him.

This merely says not "all team cars" got a message to neutralize.

But the real question is whether ANY team car has gone on record as GETTING the message?
