Piti is **** over this stage, sadly enough he's protecting the podium by just following Contador.

He could have done quintana big favor by riding with contador and nibali, but as i sad many times piti only cares about himself.

Nonsense. Valverde is challenging the Andy Schleck Cricked Neck record for looking back for his teammate in this race. He cares about Quintana #1. Trouble is they don't understand the best way to win the race

Maybe not today. But during the former stages he was.

You mean the stage two days ago? Go read his interview. He said the descent was too bumpy and uneven for him to push too much on the descent. Give him a technical descent with an even surface and see what happens.

Of course part of it is age. Same thing with Sammy Sanchez. When they were younger and without families they definitely were willing to risk more. You can see that in a rider like Bardet
