Uno-X should send Cort up the road soon, see if they can incite more riders to join them. But it may take a while for a good section to start the attacks again.
The failson is no better bet for a result today than the captain. There's a cost to be made when you have WVA in your team. He'll do whatever he can for his leader, but he also needs his own chances sometimes. Or you can see him ride in a different jersey for another team.
The hive has always done things this way with Wout. Keep the man happy.Jonas also said they are giving Wout the chance today. Which seems crazy if they are trying to win the Tour and beat Pogacar.
You dont see UAE saying they are riding for an Almeida stage win today. Visma always unable to focus properly.
That's true, I don't even understand why he thinks he can win here when you look at how he rode stage 2.The failson is no better bet for a result today than the captain.
No, that is not the problem (of course smaller teams would make things harder to control). The problem is how many teams with zero ability to win the stage by outpowering other teams/riders, are not going to the break.I really wish TDF teams were smaller. All this controlling is boring
There is no problem about that.Jonas also said they are giving Wout the chance today. Which seems crazy if they are trying to win the Tour and beat Pogacar.

Both things makes sense to me.No, that is not the problem (of course smaller teams would make things harder to control). The problem is how many teams with zero ability to win the stage by outpowering other teams/riders, are not going to the break.
I can think of 8-10 teams that should go to the break.

Can't imagine the break getting away today. If Van Aert wants to ride for the stage win, he should have gone in the break.
Depends on how many riders would join him. Can't imagine the break getting away today.
Good morning, R.C.!Good morning, chaps!
It's another Mathieu kind of day. But the GC guys will want to stay in from to avoid crashes in the narrow final with all the $#(@ in the road.
I'm hoping Healy will do a few Healy things later on during the Tour, just to make me smile. And Powless needs to show some pow!Asgreen? I didn't even know EF was in this race.
But there must be a reason they don't go in the break; like last year Abrahamsen being in nearly every break but Carapaz got Combatif. So not even that could be achieved. I understand they give up. There's nothing to gain. Or hardly anything. So they start to save themselves. It's one team controlling... one that has already lost a rider. IT's about a lot of teams having the wrong mentality and not about the mount of riders teams have.
I think a lot of teams think stage 6 is their chance for a break cause they think that stage is harder to control and as a result they are just saving energy. And while that's true when only Alpecin really wants to control it would be easy to make this one a breakaway stage too.
Uno x are no longer on the cool Dare bikes, sadly...Asgreen and Abramachine in the same break.
I see potential![]()
