When a GC rider looses ground on the first major climb it usually means his form is not good. I think he isn't going to come back on the Morzine-A arrival. And if he doesn't come back on on the decent, I predict he looses over 3 minutes to the other bigs.

In fairness he did crash. That being said even under the best of circumstances I doubt anyone expect Armstrong to be able to put that much time into his competitors at any point, even before this. He doesn't need to lose that much time to be out of the race even if he's much stronger after the rest day.

Okay, the assumption that crashing caused this is just an assumption. Cuddles crashed, and I still see him in the front. I mean, yea, Armstrong's crash was just before the climb and they had to pull him back, but Levi is still there.

It actually could be that he got dropped because he got dropped.
