So here's how it goes: I got worked up about doping and it was ruining my enjoyment of the sport. And then along came the Giro. Doping or not, it's exciting, close and we have competition and attacks. And no wtf performances yet. Having spent 4 days in Italy and attending one stage, I feel as much a part of this Giro as Luca Covili. What a beautiful race!
