Pogacar was also humiliated on col de la Loze. Humans lose.Roglic's legacy is that he lost the Tour on the final day and never came close again. Some champion.
Still his name will be remembered.
He is more accomplished than 99% of the Peloton.

Yes! The scenery is nice and green and some blossoms can be seen here and there, spring is in the air!Someone should tell the TV director that heli shots of the landscape might be the only thing worth watching from now on
But what should he have done? Del Toro could not work, so wait for those others dropped? He wouldn't have gained anything anyway. Pog is just alien. He shouldn't have pushed on when finally dropped
Pogacar was 30th in Strade Bianche at age 19 in 2019 FWIWSeixas pulverized. Well, it's normale, because Pogi didn't have to go up against a Pogacar at 26 years-old.
Except Pogacar had already won 2 TdFs by that point and went on to win at least two more.Pogacar was also humiliated on col de la Loze. Humans lose.

If Seixas finishes on the podium today I would congratulate him on trying to follow Pog.But what should he have done? Del Toro could not work, so wait for those others dropped? He wouldn't have gained anything anyway. Pog is just alien.
Shows how hard Strade Bianche actually is.Pogacar was 30th in Strade Bianche at age 19 in 2019 FWIW
He tried to follow to find out his limit, then doing a tactical raceBut what should he have done? Del Toro could not work, so wait for those others dropped? He wouldn't have gained anything anyway. Pog is just alien.
Im thankful for living in this realityHadn't Pogi raced last autumn, Remco would have been double EC, WC champion.
I merely responded to your clown statement that Seixas is not a champion because he tried to hold Pogačar's wheel.Nobody is comparing Pog to Roglic.
I only pointed your clown statement that Roglic is not a champion.
I do not think Sexias will improve much. I believe he is pretty much at his best now.
No, he did right to fly too close to the sun. Getting burnt, while trying, will only honor him at 19. That's my point, who else could follow him? At 19. But Pog at 19 was not up against Pogacar at 26. ChapeauIf Seixas finishes on the podium today I would congratulate him on trying to follow Pog.
If he melts like ice under the sun I will call him a knucklehead.
I explained a couple of posts later why. But, I guess, all we can do is wait and see who is right.Seixas is clearly better this year than last year. I don't see why his progression would suddenly stop at 19, even Ayuso who trains like a pro since he is very young is now better than he was 4 years ago.
