Bauke Mollema. Really talented kid who would've shown some very good things last season had he not caught mono which took him out for most of the season. Although he did return in time to ride the Giro di Lombardia where he did some good looking work on the front for Gesink. He only just just turned 23 and will be a major force.

Continuing with the Dutch speaking theme I think Kevin Seeldaeyers will also have a big year. He did have some very notable results last year (14th in the Giro and the Young Rider Jersey winner) but I expect him to win something pretty big next year.
 
possibly Wiggins again...
a lot of people will be surprised (many pleasantly so) if he can repeat a strong performance at tdf and perhaps do something (not neccessarily GC) at the Giro.

I totally agree with Mollema!! I think he will explode...if not this year than next for sure.

I am going to say Kenny van Hummel. Now 2 years removed from his surgery, another year of good power training...I see some nice wins in some bigger races.
