Think it's time for another update on Pogi's Palmares. Now he has won 8 monuments (3 different races) and has podiumed the other two. This summer he should get his tally to 100 pro wins.

He will get 100 wins in July. It's his destiny.

It is Colnago's lighter bike ever. Of course his legs are what count after all

It is 85g lighter than V4 without compromizing stiffness. Incredible bike for the Tour!

This has probably been mentioned several times by folks who aren’t so slow as I, but your comment made me realize that barring injury he’s in line to become the 1st rider ever to accomplish s single-season monument podium slam!

And you are right. Some folks (including me) already mentioned it.
If he wins LBL and GdL, it will be the best classics season ever.

Is Remco good enough in double digits gradients? We have kruisberg - Eyserbosweg combo and I think UAE will go crazy there. It would be nice to see Pogacar with a rider going until Cauberg.

Yes, he has to win pretty much every race he starts in. And GT's in particular won't be easy (assuming Vingegaard improves).

Of course. To be better he needs to win the Ardennes treble and Tour-Vuelta-WC. Against Vingegaard, it won't be easy.

Even WC will be tougher than last year. He won't be at 100% like he was last year. It is just impossible.

We already had this discussion but do you really think Pogacar should wait until 2029 to win the Vuelta?
Following your favorite schedule for Pogacar, he only could target the Vuelta when the WC route is not good for him.
So it will be only in 2029.
2025 - WC in Kigali
2026 - WC in Montreal, probably a course tailormade for him.
2027 - WC in the French Alps. We already know the course so another WC tailormade for him.
2028 - Tour and then ORR finishing in Venice beach. I believe we will have a route good for puncheurs/climbers.
2029 - The only year he can fight for Tour-Vuelta because worlds will be in Danmark
