McMulty isn't going to the WC, he won't be able to return the favor

Of those who are in Canada, he's the teammate who least deserved it. He's quite selfish; his attitude at the Giro was selfish.

I always told you that Pogi is a good boy who just wins sometimes.

I really don't like this at all. Let's stop acting like your teammates are helping you win because they're your friends. They're doing it because they're paid to do it, it's their job. It's also honestly kind of disrespectful to the organizers, you're basically saying you don't care about the race so you throw the win to your teammate like a bone to a dog.

Spot on. First time I'm disappointed with his behaviour.

In the end, they've rewarded a guy who refused to help at the Giro .It's a reward for selfishness, so I don't know if they'll learn

I agree but UAE trying to spin the story back on being the best team in world and with good team moral.

I tbh don't mind Pogacar gift a race he won 2 times before and gift it to a ''local'' guy

I don't think Pogacar did it for UAE's image. He wanted to do it out of camaraderie, and perhaps to get his own teammates to stop being so selfish. A wake-up call.

Sure? In the Basque Country, Pogacar was McNulty's domestique, and he hasn't wanted to be a domestique in the Tour for years.
I agree with you once again, a completely balanced and solid take from you. Not emotional or lacking perspective at all.

I think McNulty and Pogacar hate each other, and that Pogacar despises McNulty. It definitely looked like Pogacar was super annoyed with him and his work throughout the Ardennes and that he clearly from what we saw betwen the two at end of montreal that he absolutely despises him 😂.

I was wrong. From McNulty's interview it appears that Pog gave the green light to McNulty to attack.
Nice gift from Tadej. Chapeau.

Yeah, the plan was to give McNulty a chance. When Simmons managed to hold on Pog decided to do his things and surge ahead but once Simmons was dropped by McNulty he decided to wait and give him the win.
