Me too. I believe they will go all in with Tadej.I can't see Rogla performing well on this kind of profile. Other than 2020 LBL win his track record on this kind of routes is really not very impressive. That is why I believe there is a 0 chance of "all in" for Roglic but they might play dark horse card with him.

Who is the best in a flat sprint? Pogacar? Was just wondering if they go to the finish with ~10 riders, and both Roglic and Pogacar are there. Who is the leader. I guess Pogacar, but not 100% sure
1st GT win. Now he has 26, 5 years later! Is till fondly remember his first ever GT stage victory, in the Vuelta 2019.

I think I know their tactics, it's just riding insane pace in the last 80-60 kms.... Pog is racing in his own league this year - smoking competition multiple times and breaking climbing records by huge margin. I will be the same during WC RR.Mohoric hinted this in his interview during recent L'Étape Slovenia 2024 event. He said he spent some time in Monaco training with Pog and then jokingly added that they constructed tactics for raibow jersey.
How many riders does Slovenia have, and how many are good enough to keep a high pace the last 80-60km's?I think I know their tactics, it's just riding insane pace in the last 80-60 kms.... I think 8 riders. How many riders does Slovenia have, and how many are good enough to keep a high pace the last 80-60km's?
Those 3 can’t do 60km’s of full gas, not to mention Roglic won’t do that type of work at such a timeMohoric, Tratnik and Rogla would be able to set a big pace for a few dozens of kilometers before Pogi's take off. Not sure it will be their tactic though.

I actually think Slovenia won’t take control of the race and expects other countries to do this. They’ll just keep Pogacar safe, well fed, and launch him one timeMaybe not full gas but it should be enough to tire a lot of guys, methinks. I also don't think Roglic will do this type of work.
This is the best way to win the race, imho as well.I actually think Slovenia won’t take control of the race and expects other countries to do this. They’ll just keep Pogacar safe, well fed, and launch him one time
They just need to keep a gap of less than 3 minutes to the break before Pogacar's attack.
Or he can just unleash the kraken a la Strade Bianche with 80km to go.They just need to keep a gap of less than 3 minutes to the break before Pogacar's attack.
2 days to see his level. If Mou aka the Nostradamus of cycling is right then under 10 minutes will do!
50 km solo is my betOr he can just unleash the kraken a la Strade Bianche with 80km to go.
I really hope he tries this, because he will definitely fail doing that against this pelotonOr he can just unleash the kraken a la Strade Bianche with 80km to go.
He will not do that but I wouldn't bet against Pogacar, specially if it is raining.I really hope he tries this, because he will definitely fail doing that against this peloton
You going to stand for this @solo80k ???50 km solo is my bet
this, I will be quite shocked if he doesnt winI think I know their tactics, it's just riding insane pace in the last 80-60 kms.... Pog is racing in his own league this year - smoking competition multiple times and breaking climbing records by huge margin. I will be the same during WC RR.
