Nice interview during Mywhoosh coffee ride; clearly trying and also clearly failing to get someone to adjust the thermostat.

Reminds me of the Catalunya post-stage interview when he said he had hurried up on the last climb, in the hope to be interviewed in a warm room.

Interesting stuff about his training. He went on a 5 hour ride with Politt and Rune recently. He loves training with power horses in undulating terrain.

He said this bike is 300g heavier which means he will only use this bike in flat TTs and flat stages. I don't believe he will use in the high mountains.
Thats the bike but not Pogacars bike. Its normal he will use some slighty different moderation and materials so most likely 150-300 grams lighter than the original version and even what teammates have. I expect he will use it during the entire classic season and flat/rouler stages during GT.

More and more use aero bikes even in high mountains but if he will I dont know depends on how much they can trim or maybe other stuff, most likely not on high mountain stages I would be surprised but it remains to be seen.

The UCI or maybe even the war crimes panel over in Geneva need to step in and do something about these white skinsuits. He looks like he's wearing a nappy.

Black shorts should be mandatory.

Yes nothing wrong with ambition. But Pogacar is the greatest rider we have seen since Merckx. I can’t see Ayuso beating Pogacar until Pog is in age related decline. In the meantime, whilst he gets paid big money to ride for UAE, Ayuso’s job is to support Pogacar. His own ambitions must be secondary.

Everyone can dream. I wont knock that part, refreshingly honest but he is still a tool in my eyes.

He is crazy. Can't wait to see him gettimg demolished by Vingegaard in the Giro (or even Roglic).

Ayuso only catches Pogi if he makes a huge leap in the next years.

Pogacar is for sure the nr 1 attraction to cycling and why more people are watching. Me included I think that goes without saying that he is if anything by far the biggest reason why cycling is growing in popularity as it does.
Of course he is. He is like Messi or Ronaldo for football or Djokovic, Nadal and Federer for tennis.
People wants to watch the best cyclist since Barnard Hinault, one day maybe even since Eddy Merckx.

Cycling is still not what used to be. It is a shame Pogacar is slovenian, maybe if he was from a big nation, cycling could get his popularity back.
Anyway, Tadej Pogačar is the best thing that happened to cycling in last 30 years.
Cycling is blossoming like never before in Europe now. USA is different and a big market but naturally since its no big american name at the top of the sport and after lance that market is now not what it used to be. But cycling in europe is blossoming like never before right now and cycling as a whole have never been more attractive.
