who can have 8.5W/kg for 12 minutes on a hill with a 5% gradient behind a scooter? that's how much Pog had 3 days before Strade Bianche, I'm telling you they made a monster from a catastrophically trained champion with an adequate trainer at the top level in the ranks of trainers from Visma, and Sola it is definitely that level
You have no idea about actual performance. Just stop.

I'm new to this forum, I'm here to open your eyes a little for the 2024 season so you don't fall off the cliff, who is this Abi, I have no idea and I don't support the old man Roglic and I'm not from Slovenia but from Croatia, but I see that a critical minority of 3 has been created , max five jealous jerks who are bothered by the popularity of @mou which is growing day by day, there are more who believe in what I said to follow and this @Froome old man from Tour Rwanda whose wife is related to the bald jerk Inigo is trying to sabotage the new star of this forum, shame on you and boss Adams greets you, says to return his money 😉

No one is bothered by you or this self claimed popularity, dont blow smoke up your bum.
Your performance metrics do not add up in some of the posts points which shows you have no performance background or any idea on actual performance,
555W is a 3s average for reference, not the full session

I have inside information as I have a source close to the president of all slovenian cycling fan clubs (brother, mother, wife, you will never know! I am also not even on X to not get discovered). They realized that the well-oiled posting machine Abi was causing more hate than love for Roglic among other fans, which they won't have because Roglic is cycling-slovenias love child #1, pogacar #2. So they chained Abi again, took what they learned from creating him, optimized it, found the perfect candidate, let him ride behind a scooter ridden by vwpe for weeks, - voila: enter the even-better-oiled cycling data gen-AI mou, who will riot freely until cycling world likes roglic more than pogacar again. If they overshoot or miscalculate somehow, they plan to release Abi_the_2nd_cyclist, an Abi version with grammar, which will get roglic pope, president and a tdf.

"I'm dead."

MVDP still has to be the top favorite, even if it’s his first race day, then Pog is probably second top favorite. Also, Ganna hasn’t looked in good shape since the start of the season.
I think (I'm convinced) Poga is a little stronger than a year ago. This time, I don't think VDP will be able to drop Poga on the Poggio. The question is. If Poga neutralizes the attack of VDP hundred meters before the summit, will VDP, or/and Poga continue their efforts with two. Sprinting for the victory. Or will they stop their efforts, allowing other topriders (Ganna, Mohoric, Pedersen, Pidcock, Laporte) to come back. That could just give a different dynamic. Even allowing less strong riders, but fast at the finish, to come back after the descent. With perhaps a slightly surprising winner

The question is. Will they go fullgas with two ? Sprinting for the victory. Or hold back and perhaps be beaten by a faster rider in a (small) group sprint ?
If the two go clear, MVDP will 100% go full gas, knowing he's faster than Pog in the sprint. I think Pogi will work with MVDP full gas until the last few hundred meters with the ending of RVV '22 in the back of his mind. That's still at least 2nd place guarantee for him. How Pog can beat MVDP in the sprint, I have no idea. Maybe he should try to go for a longer sprint. That's how MVDP was beaten in sprints previously (vs. Asgreen in RVV '21, vs. Bini in '22 Giro stage 10).

That would certainly be a nice finale. Where Poga, if he makes a long sprint from the VDP wheel, is not completely without a chance. Van Aert would have won the Flanders in 2020, if sprinting earlier. VDP was beaten in Flanders by Asgreen in 2021... .

Harder a race is, bigger chance for Pogacar in the sprint. But MSR is not a hard race...
San Remo is a ciciban race, as Ante Kostelić says about the settings of the slalom race, you know who he is👏, and the others just google it, so I don't consider that children's race relevant, but here it is, so what to do. It's the only race on the calendar which I don't like

The contemporary version of this race is who drops the watt bomb and when determines who shall win. Pogi is particularly strong right now. He can gap on the poggio and stay away, he wins. Mvp shows ready and doesn’t get gapped, he drops his own watt bomb at the same point as last year. Unless pog and mvp are not in good position I don’t see anyone else with a chance

I think UAE should try to go absolutely crazy on the Cipressa. All out effort of all but 2 domestiques or so that can drive the pace up to Poggio. Because on Poggio itself, Pogacar anyway has to go early and team mates are irrelevant. It was often announced to be done in past years but I never really saw it. It seemed to always have been a calculated effort to have team mates on Poggio left. And still its hard to pull off since Cipressa is quite flat.

Pog will not have any special power bomb compared to 2023, he worked mostly on endurance and long climbs this winter, last year at this time he weighed 67 kg and this time 65, his only chance is to be a tailwind on Cippresa and Poggio and that Mcnulty breaks the peloton to 20-30 people on Cippresa and leads all the way to Poggio when Wellens takes over 1.5 km full throttle and then Pog attacks km to the finish on an 8-9% gradient in those 100m, but for something like that you need a very strong pace in the last 50km of the race
