Pogačar in the spring of 2024:

65kg, FTP 431W, 6.63W/kg, became a TT machine, improved by a minute at the test in Valencia in February and thanks to working with Alex Baccili in Monaco can hold the aero TT position much, much better, works intensively with Core device for better tolerance of high heat and in the sauna, focus on 30-45 min hills.
that's the difference, the Pog from 2024 is an invincible machine without flaws

Have you ever done much training of yourself or really understand any of it? Because it requires very very little knowledge to know 8.5 w/kg for 12 minutes and a 6.6 w/kg FTP would require a track sprinter type power curve with a comically large anaerobic capacity (>100 W' for those curious who actually know about this stuff) while being comparatively absolutely trash aerobically.

Dont worry, it is the same posters who are always insecure and gets heated taking some sort offense to all of this. They just cant help themselves. It is sad, but it is the reality.
