(florian vermeersch) Super solid on all fronts. Without taking Bjerg, Mcnulty, Vine etc into considiration the team is very stacked.

This team is crazy strong, but Visma also has very strong team:
- Vingegaard,
- Kuss,
- Van Aert,
- Laporte,
- Benoot,
- S. Yates,
- Jorgenson,
- Kelderman.

Im assuming Visma like UAE and every other team is sending some riders to the Giro with ambitions and doubt they have that Tour team there. That Visma team is strong but the depth of visma is lackluster.

They usually send very weak team for Giro so I think this team is possible for Tour.
Maybe except Van Aert, who wants to ride Giro like he was supposed to this year.

Red Bull got Van Gils, Pithie, Lazkano any more? Decent team aswell. But Pogacar is still Pogacar and the best by a landslide. My point was only it wasnt that many years ago he was used to having a bad team and now their the best team in the world with alot of depth aswell. And that I have high belief in Narvaez with UAE training and believe he will be a vital cog and looking forward to see him in UAE.

I like Narvaez on the Tour team. He was a menace during the Giro last year and if he takes another level with the uae training and gear like Politts for instance I believe he can be a very vital piece in the Tour team, he is super strong and can climb very very decent aswell, value on many terrain is always gold in a GT team.
With Florian as first reserve atm I saw today that team is rock solid!

Narvaez will be useless in the high mountains however he can be a big help in the first week

Maybe, but when was the last time we seen peak WVA? Tour 2022 (?) and never on Classics against Pogačar.

Well, Pogi done many things that nobody thought about so I wouldn't be so sure.

Of course he is. I just wanted to compare teams. He is one of the best cyclists in history and my favorite so I cheer for him to accomplish everything he can.

I'm looking fot see him in UAE too. I think he will play crucial part in MSR and his performance on Cippresa or Poggio will decide wheather Pogi wins this race or no.
Another thing is that Tadej has a chance to become second cyclist in history (After Merckx) who will win all monuments, Wrolds and all Grand Tours. He needs to win MSR, PR and La Vuelta to complete this.

But Politt is a power horse. He can be several hours doing a hard tempo. Narvaez is a explosive guy, not a big engine type of rider.

My predictions for 2025:

Navaez plays a critical role in MSR victory.

Destroys Vingo in Tour and in WC

Does not do Giro or Vuelta

Ayuso has a sh.. season.

I think he will be very useful in the first week and will be vital in the classics. Can you imagine a Narvaez's leadout in Ardennes and those hills in France? Narvaez will be like Yates in hilly (and cobbled) classics and hilly stages.
