The talk will rather be about his crash. I have no idea if or how bad it affected him, but a crash is always a valid point to mention when looking back at the race where the crash happened. And no more talk about back issues, etc. This was the best MVP ever.

It is but I think he didn't crash (looking to his sharpness later in the race and his clothes) hard. However, he burned some energy to comeback so that is valid excuse. The talk will rather be about his crash. What was Pogacars time on the last Kwaremont?

Destroyed him to be honest. Without others, he would lose more 30 seconds. He was completely cooked! It was mano a mano and he won
Yeah, he would have been absolutely cooked on his own if they wasnt there for the final stretch to the finishDestroyed him to be honest. Without others, he would lose more 30 seconds. He was completely cooked!
Big WAmazing Pog!!!!!! This was sooooo amazing!!!!!!!
Yes, and we knew he was flying.BTW, this is the best Pogacar ever. Too much talk about how he couldn't drop Pidcock (probably didn't want to) in SB but MSR and RVV really showed he is better than ever.
He looked great first time on Paterberg. But I sensed a turn on Koppenberg and then Taaienberg, after that I was sure he was going to get dropped. And this is what Pog was betting on, attack and attack to wear the opponents down. That's one of Pog's unique abilities. We saw same in Strade, Pidcock could follow the first attack, but the next attack later in the race Pidcock didn't have a chance.Destroyed him to be honest. I think he only really attacked on the second Kwaremont. He looked great first time on Paterberg. I think he over extended himself trying to follow pog on every climb and on the top of kruisberg i knew he was on the limit.MVP shoulder blades were sunken while looking for wheels. I had not seen him like that since his struggles with back issues
He was at his limit in the Koppenberg and Taaienberg.I think he over extended himself trying to follow pog on every climb and on the top of kruisberg i knew he was on the limit.
As Sola says, "genetics" is the most important thing in High Performance. One amazing thing with Pog is just how quickly he recovers from a hard effort. You could see he was quite laboured at the end on Kwaremont last time. But 1-2 minutes afterwards he started pushing hard again and the time gap immediately went out. The others were just too tired to start closing in on Pog. Just incredible.
