The talk will rather be about his crash. I have no idea if or how bad it affected him, but a crash is always a valid point to mention when looking back at the race where the crash happened.

He looked great first time on Paterberg. But I sensed a turn on Koppenberg and then Taaienberg, after that I was sure he was going to get dropped. And this is what Pog was betting on, attack and attack to wear the opponents down. That's one of Pog's unique abilities. We saw same in Strade, Pidcock could follow the first attack, but the next attack later in the race Pidcock didn't have a chance.
I think he only really attacked on the second Kwaremont.
I think he over extended himself trying to follow pog on every climb and on the top of kruisberg i knew he was on the limit.

Yup. I don't remember who (in UAE) said "his legs never hurt" refering to Pogacar but it is very accurate when we see a classic like this where he goes like a mad man every single cobbled climb.
