Yesterday, Pogacar would put a minute into everyone at least.

Sivakov is one of the most reliable and best doms out there. It wont be a problem at all.

He hasnt even raced in any high mountains this season. He has won one stage-race and then got sick.

He was very good in Ardennes.

He didnt do much last spring either. He was great in Tour and for the rest of the second half of the season.

He is experienced and proven. Multiple years of performing at a high level in both stage-races and one-day races. High mountain stages.

It is insane to suggest he shouldnt be in the team. Infact, he is one of the first riders that should be selected. Both him and Soler.

Del Toro is a great rider and a huge talent, but he shouldnt do Tour after Giro under any circumstances at this stage of his career. Cmon. It would be very dumb.

Mountain support of Soler, Sivakov, Yates and Almeida is great. In the end, it will be the battle between Pog vs Vinge that matters the most any way.

Sivakov wasn't good in Ardennes. He was very mediocre to be honest and We have GdL 2024 as a proof he can be a lot better. However I also think he will improve a lot before the Tour.

To all the GC riders easily and could gap Wout many kms out if Del Toro was riding San Martino in Grania sector as though it was his finish line riding right up to Pogacars point of attack.

As much as we all enjoy speculating the selection will be based far more on training camp data and overall team cohesion than on how they perform in lead up races.

Too early to tell but I don't think so. Riders like Pogacar don't appear often. Don't forget Pogacar is also the best classics rider, top5-8 on flat TTs (best in other TTs), second best cobbled classics rider and it's too early to tell how good Del Toro is, without seeing a proper mountain stage (stage 16).

Maybe, but still wouldn't catch Rogla till the finish line, so at best he would keep Ayuso at bay.

He did a good job but the best Sivakov is not supposed to do thst job. For example Novak was more impressive and he is not close to Sivakov's level.

Yup, he decides the Giro strategy just like in case of PR. If Gianetti or Maxtin protest they are fired.

He didn't perform as expected. For me, a rider like Sivakov needs to be as good as McNulty and launch Pogacar. Of course it wasn't needed because Pogacar is so superior that he can just destroy everyone without leaving the saddle.
