actually his dauphine TT is perfectly in line with this, also there he looked very bad on the climb, overall he lost 50 sec in 17 kms which is perfectly in line with the gap of the WC. What nobody seems to understand is that pogacar tends to underperform and struggle a lot on hilly TTs when he's not in top shape or has not done a long block of TT specific trainings (like he did between the dauphine and tour this year).
