He actually was though. MVDP punctured if I remember correctly. It's just that he made a mistake leading to his crash earlier.

Anyone read "Tadej Pogačar: Unstoppable" by Andy McGrath?

The author did not have the opportunity to interview Tadej or his closest circle and a great deal of the material from his UAE time is already publicly available. According to me, the most interesting parts were the descriptions of his junior and U23 years as well as the evolution of Slovenian cycling.

Note: The Kindle version needs some serious editing, McGrath writes better than that.

I do expect one stage race he hasn’t raced before, aligned with what hes previously said. Besides that, more or less like last year, which is pretty much consensus by now I think. Lets see.

Now unless he goes for a GT double, only way to top 2024 and 2025 is for him to win PR or MSR on top of the other races.
