Why does anyone even think there is an article? Other than statements by a couple of posters with the "inside scoop."

It's been released. Auburn on the front cover. No Armstrong story as such. Let's see what the print version brings but looks to be on hold again.

Thanks for update.

...imagine that

I've heard that the legal team wants more sandbags for the bunker.

I heard the article was delayed because SI had to edit OUT the part where Lance's passport is revoked and Lance is perp walked before the start of the TdU, and edit IN a review of Tyler's soon to be released tell all juicy book.

Patience, patience.

Is it worth waiting for? Even if you are a fawn, curiousity is piqued.

(recent inside scoop says it is a go)

Dave.

I'm hard pressed to imagine them releasing such a potential blockbuster until after the Super Bowl. If such a story is going to happen, why not wait for a down cycle?

I agree. On the other hand, if there is a big news story that's going to break, they wouldn't want to get left behind. Given that it's been supposedly delayed four consecutive weeks (according to the rumors), I'll believe it when I read it. And where is Macur/NY Times in all of this?

Apparently this guy is so at-the-ready at all times that he cannot risk the delay of buttoning his fly and properly holstering his gun.

I heard they are post dating it to September 5th 2009 and writing a story about how Contador is leaving Astana.

Great one, polish ! :D

As he touched ground in Adelaide....

They also had to cut out that Lance didn't ride le Tour, was busted in France and that RS team faded away so that he was without a team. etc, etc.
Much work for the editors.

...anyone seen the cover the hog said was being posted today?

I honestly believe the hog is actually an Armstrong fanboy sent here to post ridiculous, transparently trollish posts to try to discredit anyone who opposes Armstrong.

Honestly I have to say that I actually hate Lance.

And what about RaceRadio. He's been echoing the same. Is he a fanboy too?
He's made some sudden, interesting predictions in the past, and they tend to come true.

The diff between RR and the hog is that RR is generally correct. The one thing you can count on with the hog is that anything he says will happen, won't. RR maybe was mistaken this time, or maybe it is coming. However, every time the hog predicts something, a devil gets his horns...and that event, if it were going to occur, is jinxed.

Wonderboy playing his normal games. Don't worry, it is coming.

I would think next week we will have plenty to talk about.....but really we are going to have plenty talk about for months. From here on it will be a steady stream from the media and the courts. He really should cut his loses.

Ah, next week again and formulated carefully again, to keep all the options up.
Its all about definition, Mr. Predictor. :D

I know thehog doesn't care and just goes on, but what about you ?
Can we have an arrangement ?
If nothing significant (and I mean significant) happens next week, you shut up about Lance for...let me say 1 month......or alternatively you wear a Lance-avatar (chosen by me) for 1 month.

Same goes for me the other way and with a Floyd-avatar. :D

BTW: If we would have arranged such deals earlier, the forum would be quiet and full of Lance-avatars.

This is about so much more than Floyd Vs Lance, something all the Pro-Lancers seem to be overlooking. If there was no evidence to back up Floyds claims the case would have gone away by now. Instead, we see increasing amounts of "we're not worried" and "Not losing any sleep" comments when any normal person (even innocent!) would be losing plenty of sleep over a Federal investigation.

Spin that one, why don't you?
