After the crazy Giro we had this year I think Cadel has ridden amazingly well just to get in the yellow jersey at all. I didn't expect him to be a factor even in the first week, so chapeu to him for that, but I don't think anyone is surprised to see him falling back now. It would seem he had enough in him to ride one mountain stage full gas and just hasn't recovered.

Andy's not used to doing the pulling consistently. Put the burden on Andy.

I am hoping against hope that Wiggins is in the Gesink/Menchov group ahead of the Basso/Armstrong group, but in my heart I know he is probably closer to Evans.
