1963 person who won on bagneres de bigore won the whole race (anquetil).

64 times peyrousoud has featured.

Yes, even if the spelling is a bit dubious.

Anquetil won in 63 when the stage finished at Bagneres de Bigorre and indeed as you said went on to win the entire race (the only time that has occured)

And indeed the Peyresuourde has featured 64 times, I think the second most behind the Tourmalet.
