Who knows but got some kind of surprise sponsorship support from Total Energies. So maybe big oil can bring some cash to the team

Apparently Brailsford is coming back to lead the cycling team again. Reason why they haven't disclosed their TDF roster yet is because he decided who is in the team on Tuesday evening.

If Brailsford is coming back, there's a chance that Bernal or Tarling would be included in the Ineos roster for the Tour.

Its just hard to see the mechanics of such a change. Bernal hasn't raced since the Giro and is currently scheduled for the Vuelta. I guess he could use the 1st week to get into race mode. Time will tell.

He and Geraint abandoned the recent Tour of Switzerland. Most likely, De Plus has a more serious health issue.

Bit of a disaster to lose Ganna on the first day, who was their best chance of a stage win. This could be a very long race for Ineos. Rodriguez sneaking into the top 10 is probably the best they can hope for.

But, it’s the eye-catchingly shabby application of the new logo to the Ineos jersey (already looking incrementally more and more bland) that seems in keeping with the rapidly diminishing status of a once all-conquering team.

I like Ned, and I like his writing alot, alot more than his broadcasting for sure, but I dont know where he is going with this article, I mean its like almost hey remember I was picked to be something important 15 years ago !!! because people with cameras were so hard to come by back then, and that they picked that 2010 version of the kit as the best one I dread to think what the alternatives were like

If you dont like the new kit, fine, but btw suggest how you could have merged the two brands better if you are going to criticise it in a piece like this, and always always remember there are worse kit sponsor options out there, just like this...
